POWDERED PLAIN BOUILLON
This powdered bouillon is economical, easy to throw together, and convenient to keep on hand. Most of all, it is incredibly flavorful and works well anytime a recipe calls for this staple ingredient.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup NUTRITIONAL YEAST FLAKES
1 Tablespoon SALT
1 Tablespoon ONION POWDER
2 teaspoons GARLIC POWDER
1 teaspoon DRIED THYME
1 teaspoon PAPRIKA
1/4 teaspoon TURMERIC
1/8 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
1 Tablespoon SUGAR
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
1 Tablespoon of mix for every cup of water (+/- = stronger/weaker)
Use in any recipe that calls for bouillon.
NOTES/VARIATIONS
This recipe will double comfortably.
I use this most often in my Healthy Onion Soup Mix recipe where it calls for powdered bouillon.
Experiment with ratios and omit or add other herbs to your liking.
